Partnerships

Youth Homes builds strong partnerships with local organizations to expand the range of services, resources, and support available to the youth and families we serve. By working collaboratively, we are able to offer innovative programs and stable pathways that help youth thrive in our community.

Youth Farm

The Youth Farm is a creative collaboration between Youth Homes and Garden City Harvest, offering meaningful work opportunities for teenagers at Youth Homes. The program serves older adolescents who are aging out of foster care and have not found stable family placements. Through a safe and supportive summer employment program, the Youth Farm helps youth develop job skills, build positive behaviors, and take personal responsibility.
