Youth Homes’ growth from a single home to the organization we are today is a result of others recognizing what we did well, and in challenging us to grow, not in size, but in the depth of our work with young people and families. We have found that by collaborating with other organizations, we are able to benefit from their talent and expertise, while also saving us the money we would need to spend to develop those resources on our own. These collaborations also demonstrate for our young people, our staff and our supporters the ideals of sharing and valuing others.
