Every day, Colleen needs to learn, to create, to work with her hands, and to help. Born and raised in Helena, she graduated from Carroll College in 2007 with a BA in Classical Studies. Colleen worked as a Youth Counselor, then Development Coordinator, before becoming the Program Director for the Margaret Stuart Youth Home. In previous iterations of her professional life, Colleen has been (and continues to be) a nanny, a baker, and a student. She has (mostly) retired from painting and walking on stilts, although she is willing to engage in these activities on an occasional basis.
