Josephine is the program director for Tom Roy Youth Guidance Home. She joined in June of 2022 as a case manager. Josephine is in charge of the therapeutic group home for 14 to 18-year-olds, supporting them as they receive care, access community resources, and age out of the foster care system. Josephine is an advocate for the youth she works with and a coordinator between families, the school system, Youth Court, and other organizations and providers.
Josephine has a Bachelor of Social Work, a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and Wilderness Studies from the University of Montana in 2022, and a Master of Social Work in 2025. She is currently working on getting her Licensed Clinical Social Work certificate.
Josephine was born and raised in Hamilton, MT, and loves living in Missoula for the sense of community and opportunities for growth. Josephine enjoys skiing, hiking, the local farmers’ market, concerts, and spending time with her husband and family.
