Members of the Flathead Youth Home Advisory Board serve as ambassadors and advocates, connecting our work with the community and ensuring it reflects the needs local to the Flathead Valley.
They raise awareness through formal and informal outreach, help secure resources through fundraising and personal networks, and act as liaisons to our formal Board of Directors with Youth Homes.
Members attend monthly meetings, participate in committees, strategic planning, and signature events, while upholding governance standards, avoiding conflicts of interest, and supporting board decisions.
Through their leadership and engagement, Advisory Board members strengthen the Flathead Youth Home’s ability to provide safety, stability, and hope to the youth we serve.
