Hannah Plumb has served as Development Coordinator at the Flathead Youth Home since 2006. In her role, she has spent nearly two decades inviting others into the life-changing work of caring for youth in crisis. During that time, Hannah has witnessed firsthand the powerful impact that compassionate, consistent adults can have when they invest in the lives of young people who need safety, stability, and hope.

Hannah is deeply inspired by the resilience of the youth served and by the generosity of the community that surrounds them. She believes meaningful change happens when people choose to show up — again and again — with open hands and open hearts.

Outside of work, Hannah finds joy in gardening, cooking meals to share, camping under wide Montana skies, and capturing beauty through photography. She loves going on adventures with her best pal, Maggie Mae. A tattoo inspired by one of her favorite life books serves as a daily reminder to stay curious, love wholeheartedly, and see the world with childlike wonder.
